Living in the digital age means that everything has to be done simply, quickly, and preferably online. That is why the e-commerce industry has grown significantly and Indonesia has shown a 17% growth in the e-commerce industry in the last 10 years. The growth of e-commerce creates opportunities as well as challenges for other companies to innovate in their services to find market demands, and logistics companies are one of them. JNE has become one of the biggest players in the logistics industry with 16 million packages shipped in 2018 alone, and 60-70% of them came from e-commerce. However, JNE is not the only player in this growing market. This seems to be a challenge for JNE, is it able to adapt to the new digital era and be able to face competition in the logistics industry in Indonesia?
