JNE has become one of the biggest players in the logistics industry with 16 million packages shipped in 2018 alone, and 60-70% of them came from e-commerce. However, JNE is not the only player in this growing market. This seems to be a challenge for JNE, is it able to adapt to the new digital era and be able to face competition in the logistics industry in Indonesia?
