Deskripsi

Two young professionals, Ananda Siregar and David Hilman, had a sense of what these young groups wanted. As movie lovers themselves, Ananda and David thought deeply about creating a new entertainment experience in Indonesia. They believed that there would be more moviegoers and cineplex in the future. The cinema concept was first introduced in Indonesia in the early 1900s, when the country was still colonized by the Dutch. The film was targeted at the middle- and lower-class people, mostly Indonesian-Chinese, and Indonesians, respectively. Following this, a new cinema concept called Cineplex emerged in Indonesia featuring cinemas with several screens on one site.
