This course discusses the concept of Corporate Governance (CG) in a theoretical framework. This course will discuss 8 chapters, namely: (1) Introduction to Corporate Governance; (2) Aspects of Corporate Governance; (3) Theory and Philosophy of Corporate Governance; (4) Governance Partnership: Shareholders and Directors; (5) Corporate Governance Model; (6) Company Stakeholders; (7) Complex Corporate Culture Governance; and (8) Good Corporate Governance in Indonesia.

This learning material is presented in the form of learning videos with a total duration of 45 minutes. After completing this lesson, students are expected to be able to: understand the definition of Corporate Governance, the basic principles of Corporate Governance and the difference between Corporate Governance and Management; understand aspects of Corporate Governance and board responsibilities; understand the theory and philosophy of Corporate Governance; understand partnership governance: shareholder rights and types of directors; understand the corporate governance model and the culture that influences corporate governance; understand the company's stakeholders based on the community perspective and stakeholder philosophy; understand complex corporate culture governance; and understand good corporate governance in Indonesia.
