Learn Corporate Governance in Practice

This learning material presents an understanding related to Corporate Governance Practices within a theoretical framework. In this lesson students study 5 chapters, namely: (1) Sources of Government Power; (2) Meeting Room Reality; (3) Corporate Governance in Practice; (4) Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility; and (5) Worldwide Corporate Governance.

This learning material is presented in the form of learning videos with a total duration of 43 minutes. After completing this lesson, students are expected to be able to: understand the power sources of governance and the realities of meeting rooms; understand the role of the chairman and the game played by the director; understand corporate governance in practice based on real cases and games played by directors; understand the concept of corporate governance and corporate social responsibility framework; understand good corporate governance in Indonesia.
