    The lecture will clarify the fundamentals of Social CRM and how social media can support businesses in CRM processes to improve the relationship with customers. As an important step of Social CRM, the lecture will explain the use of social monitoring tools to understand, for example, market trends and customer behavior.

    • Attendance (Clock In/ Clock Out)

      Please take your attendance by following these steps:

      1. Click the "Take Attendance" below,

      2. Click the "Clock In" button, 

      After clocking in, you will see some message to indicate that you've successfully clocked in. 

      The "Clock In" button will automatically change to the "Clock Out" button.

      So, when the event is over, you can clock out by clicking the "Clock Out" button.
