Grundfos was founded
in 1945 in Bjerringbro, Denmark by Poul Due Jensen. The initial name of the
company was Bjerringbro Die-Casting and Machine Factory. It was then changed
into other names before it becomes Grundfos Pumps. Starting its pumps
productions in a small workshop Grundfos is now amongst the biggest pump
manufacturers worldwide.
Grundfos Indonesia with its ‘Passion for Water’ and engagement in sustainability goals encourages companies to think about electricity efficiency for their operations. Pumps are significant parts of businesses in terms of electricity consumptions and are often forgotten. Grundfos Indonesia and Philippines President Director and General Manager, Mr. Giancarlo Roggiolani through its Business Energy Optimization team led by Mr. Mohammad Iqbal Prastowoadi (Mr. Iqbal) and supported by Ms. Astrid Ayutasari (Ms. Astrid) shares technical experience that it went through with a business customer from chemical industry in Indonesia.
