Deskripsi

In April 2020, the coronavirus outbreak had spread nationwide and the Indonesian government implemented Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). This large-scale social restriction has had a massive impact on the F&B industry. No dinner customers were allowed as residents were asked to stay at home. More than 6,800 restaurants were forced to close and more than 200,000 employees in the industry had to be laid off amid the coronavirus. Hachi Group is concerned that their restaurant will become a potential source of infection. Closing stores means stopping sales and not generating revenue without knowing when this pandemic will end. On the other hand, staying open will result in sales but the risk is the safety of their workers and customers. This is where the company is tested to take the right decision in the hard times.
