Gatot Soepriyanto is an accounting academic (Senior Lecturer, Lektor 300) with a CA (Chartered Accountant), a CPA (Certified Practicing Accountant, Australia), a CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), and extensive knowledge and experience in auditing, taxation, and financial accounting, both in the university as well as corporate training.
He is the Head of the International Accounting & Finance (IAF) Program of BINUS University International, one of the best private education institutions in Indonesia. He is the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Communication as previously served the role of Head of the International Accounting & Finance (IAF) Program of BINUS University International, one of the best private education institutions in Indonesia. He graduated as the highest achieving graduate of the Master of Business (Accounting) Program from Monash University in 2007. He earned his PhD in 2017 from Monash University, Australia, with his dissertation examining CEO Power, Corporate Tax Avoidance, and Tax Aggressiveness. He is the writer of two accounting textbooks, several research journal publications, and various Op-Eds in national newspapers.
